What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 2 p.m. | Check-in until 10 a.m.


How long can I cancel free of charge?

For direct bookings, 2022 can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. You can find more information here.


Is there a car park at the hotel?

Yes, our car park is right next to our house.


How much does the parking cost?

The car park is free of charge for direct bookers.


Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Yes! Dogs are very welcome in the Glasererhaus.


Do I have to pay extra for my dog?

Yes, we charge 7,50€ per night and dog.


Are dogs allowed in the breakfast room?

We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area for hygiene reasons.


Which ski lift is nearby?

The cityXpress is a 2-minute walk away from the hotel.


Can ski passes also be bought at the hotel?

We do not sell ski passes in the hotel - the nearest ski ticket sales point is at the cityXpress.


Do you also have a terrace?

Yes, in summer you can also have breakfast on our terrace.


Does the hotel have a restaurant?

No, but there is a wide choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity and we have a bar. You will receive the Dine Around Pass from us. This gives you a 5% discount on your consumption at our restaurant partners. You can find out more here.


Are gluten-free products offered at the breakfast?

Yes, gluten-free food is also available on request.


Is there a bar in the hotel?

Yes, we are happy to serve you cool drinks as well as coffee and tea at our hotel bar.


How far is it to the nearest train station?

Zell am See train station is a 5-minute walk away.


Where is the nearest airport?

Salzburg airport is approx. 1h 15min away by car | Munich airport is approx. 2.5h away by car.


Do I get the guest card at your hotel?

Yes, you will get the guest card for the Zell am See-Kaprun region from us, which is also your mobility card.


Will my credit card be charged automatically?

Only for non-refundable bookings.
For cancellable bookings, your credit card details are only checked and serve as a guarantee for your booking - the card is not charged. You can then pay directly at the hotel.


Is there a place where I can store my bike or skis?

Yes, in summer you can use our bike room, in winter our ski room.


Is the water of drinking quality?

Yes, our tap water can be drunk without any problems.
